If you go to this site it will tell you your IP address. Using a combination of logic, lateral thinking, the voices inside my head and the information provided by my web stats I've been able to identify a good number of my regular visitors (194.176.105.54 being perfectly obvious - and per-lease sweetie, show me the respect of capitalising the initial letters of my name when Googling it).

This one though, 86.6.53.63, is a little baffling. I was certain I knew who it was but when they logged on at the same time as I was talking to them in the pub I realised I must have been mistaken.
