What he say:
You simply have to watch this to believe that a bit of sand could be turned into art of such emotional depth.
I am simply left speechless by the performance artistry of this young Ukranian woman.
In case anyone is wondering, the piece is a representation of the German invasion of the Ukraine in 1941.
Professor Robert Smith? (the question mark is part of his surname and not a typographical mistake) and colleagues wrote: "We model a zombie attack using biological assumptions based on popular zombie movies. We introduce a basic model for zombie infection and illustrate the outcome with numerical solutions."I'm more of the opinion that the question mark distinguishes him from someone who isn't a pretentious twat who makes a bloody good living spunking taxpayers money up the wall.
On his university web page, the mathematics professor at Ottawa University says the question mark distinguishes him from Robert Smith, lead singer of rock band The Cure.

This is my dream car, and one of the first items on the shopping list should my numbers come up on the National Lottery, the 1971 Mach 1 Ford Mustang. Sex on four wheels!
Blogging has been light to none existent of late as I'm trying my hardest to finish D&OiS&L by the 29th of this month and also trying to get back down to my pulling weight by cycling 15 miles a day and working out for an hour every night (this is paying real dividends as I now have an impressive looking three pack rather than my previous beer gut, I can fit into a pair of 30" waist jeans, which I haven't been able to do since I quit smoking in 2001 and I actually have muscle definition for the first time in my life!).
And speaking of the final two chapters of D&OiS&L, which are, even more so that the rest of it, essentially a catharsis, I paid a brief visit to Sugarcubes nightclub (formerly Lazers) last night and was able to take a piss in the trough (as opposed to barricading myself in the cubicle) for the first time since the 7th December 1991 - so it must be working!
