The Mad Max Factor.

I've always been a major fan of the Mad Max trilogy and recently came across this rather interesting fan site which, amongst countless other things, includes a page devoted to replicas of the vehicles featured in the movies (two examples of which can be seen above).

I Really Want To Go & See This!

The last time I went to the theatre would have been three years ago when I took an ex-girlfriend's daughter to see Annie at Lincoln theatre Royal. Before that it was in the summer of 2003 when Jackie Mason played the Leeds Opera House. Having heard some of the cast (and puppets) on the Scott Mills show on Radio 1 this week I really fancy taking a trip down to that London to see Avenue Q - it looks like a proper hoot!

That Must Have Stung! (WARNING: Definitely Not Work Friendly Or Appropriate For Minors)

I was searching for online inspiration for another mid-life crisis tattoo design this afternoon when I came across a couple of pictures that had me sitting up in my chair and taking a sharp intake of breath!

Check out this and this (and I've just had to make copies of the photos and upload them to my own server as linking to the originals was bringing me 700 odd hits a day from perverts off of Google's image search).

Slowly But Surely

Apologies for the lack of posts of late but I am trying to concentrate all of my literary efforts on finishing the main story. The thing is coming together, although a death threat or two would certainly speed the process along (I haven't had one of those for a while and I do so find them an inspiration).
