Ian Milne, From Sydney Australia, This Red Stripe's For You!

As I’ve probably pointed out several times before, the principle reason I wrote Down & Out… was to exorcise some particularly troublesome ghosts. If doing so achieves nothing more than that then the time and effort I devoted to the project was entirely worthwhile - anything else is a bonus.
When someone you’ve never met and who lives on the other side of the world takes the time and effort to compose a lengthy e-mail praising your efforts and telling you, amongst other things, that he and his mates were in fits of laughter reading them then it really is quite touching.
Cheers Ian.

well bloody finish it then!!! get yourself 48 tins of bud and hunker down for the weekend....

Is that you Malcolm? I see you were online when the comment was posted! As I believe I've already explained, knowing - as I do - that the thing is having exactly the desired effect has drained a lot of the motivational pus! I think what I need is to bump into Sally and have her give me one of those glares of blazing and insensate hatred which I find so inspirational!

Thanks Dom I don't know Red Stripe but if it's beer it can't be bad. Looking forward to the updates on this site.

You don't know Red Strip? Good God man, the stuff is legendary in this hemisphere! I really am surprised it's unavailable down under!

It sounds promising, I might have to go for a dig around the Boutique/Imported beer section next visit to the bottle shop. It says "Jamaica Larger Beer" on the side, does that mean it is from Jamaica? Or is it a discription of the style and it's made in the UK?
Normally drink Coopers Pale Ale here or Little Creatures Ale
