Duxford: Spitfire 70th Anniversary Air Display

My Penis Smells of Aples

There were three things that won WW2; American industrial might, 30 million Russian lives and the tenacity of 3000 or so RAF pilots and crew who made their stand in the skies of southern England in 1940 during the Battle of Britain - and in a certain legendary aircraft.
As of 2006 there are very few airworthy Spitfires left in existence, but of those, 17 were strutting their funky stuff at Duxford this weekend.
Check out the pictures (I'm going to have to get a better camera for long distance shots!).

Comments:
Dom,

I was there taking photographs too! Fancy that.

I didn't see you!

Sure you did, I was the really good looking guy with the camera.
